Our manufacturing process begins by examination of high-quality and safe materials to create strong PET and PP sheets. Then, our sheets are flattened and trimmed automatically by state-of-the-art PP and PET sheet making machines. After that, our state-of-the-art blister forming machines and injection machines are used to create, shape, and form the rectangular pet tray containers. Each of these steps are completed under the strict guidelines set by our GMP-compliant clean workshop which abides by the international safety standards.
